Announcement About Staff Changes

This has been a year full of new beginnings!  Our newest transition has to do with our staffing. Deshna Ubeda has recently stepped down from her demanding position as Associate Director.  She has decided that she wants to spend more time with her family, and so we wish her well.  Deshna has been part of our organization since 2006 and has played a significant role in our growth over the years. She will continue her work as the project director of our children’s curriculum projects as well as other projects, and editor of our monthly eBulletins and other occasional special newsletters.

I am very pleased to announce that Sara Million will be taking over as our new Associate Director.  Sara has a background in non-profit marketing and management. Most importantly she has a passion for progressive Christianity.  She started working with us in May of 2010 as our Communications Director, and has become a valuable asset, not only to our organization but to the larger progressive Christian movement as well. We are excited to have her take on these new responsibilities and I expect great things with her leadership.
