Reviews

As both a minister and the parent of a toddler, I am immensely grateful for the feast of wisdom found in Adventures in Faith & Family. Written in an engaging and accessible style, with thematic, bite-sized chapters ideal for family lifestyles, this book is perfect for all kinds of readers—not only parents, but also clergy, grandparents, and godparents too!” – Matthew Heesing, United Church of Canada minister, Okotoks, Alberta

No matter where you are on your journey, there is something in Adventures in Faith and Family for you to hold onto to, to be encouraged by, and to give you hope. Susan’s natural warmth shines through in her stories, which have a way of drawing you in, while at the same time drawing your own story out. ” – Tamara Strijack, Academic Dean of the Neufeld Institute.

“Lukey’s inspiring book of reflections comes at just the right time. As families face more pressures from the secular world than ever before, the challenge of raising children rooted in faith can seem daunting. Susan sets God’s grace and the radical love of Jesus before us as a blueprint for parenting, acknowledging that parenting can be tough while simultaneously pointing out the joys that fuel us forward.”  – Jessica Wolff, Storybookministry.ca
