The majority of Americans are horrified by our government’s inaction on gun control. Most voters, by a large margin, want enhanced background checks, they want to close the gun show loophole, and they want to outlaw military style assault rifles. The only reason that it has not happened is because the news cycle moves on to other “hair on fire” topics after each mass murder event and the public passion for the topic subsides. But what if we find a way to keep the issue in the news on front of mind among the voting public. What if we keep talking about it until our government has to “do something”? I have an idea.
