Support LGBTQ students with these resources

 
86% of LGBTQ students report being harassed at school. Jewlyes Gutierrez, a transgender teenager, reported bullying to her vice-principal for two years without recourse. Pushed to physically defend herself, she faced criminal assault charges while her two attackers only received suspensions.

Harassment such a this can have a long-lasting, negative impact on student outcomes. As LGBTQ students transition from high school to college, we want to help ensure they’re properly supported. One way we can do this is by connecting students to resources such as the following:
