About the Author: Blaine Kelley

Blaine Kelley, Jr. is a resident of Atlanta, Georgia and a native of Charlotte, North Carolina. Mr. Kelley graduated from Davidson College in 1951 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics. Kelley then served on active duty as a Lieutenant in the United States Army Artillery, and later as a Captain in the North Carolina National Guard. While Mr. Kelley’s professional career began with management roles in manufacturing and construction, most of his career has been devoted to real estate development. As a culmination of his life of multi-faceted leadership and diversity of experiences, Mr. Kelley has turned to a new role as an author. His current book is The Global Imperative, a treatise urging the rethinking and repurposing of religion and science as the most effective path to a new age of world peace, justice and equality.
