My heart and passion is to see non-Christians come into a relationship with Christ and I believe that the most effective way for this to happen is to equip, encourage and empower our congregation members to be effective witnesses for Christ.

For the past 12 months, Churches in Australia have been running a 6 session video series called, ‘Every Believer Can Training Course’. A course designed to establish a ‘Witnessing Culture’ in the Local Church and it is typically run throughout church life groups or small group settings. We have seen great results and now we are making this course available overseas.

This course is part of our missions program and is available to churches at no cost.

Every Believer Can was established in 2018 as an evangelistic support and resource for the Local Church. The goal of EBC is to be able to help Local Churches establish a witnessing culture amongst its congregation members. EBC believes that all believers (without exception) can be effective witnesses for Christ. The ‘heart’ of EBC is the 6-part training course for small groups and the evangelistic ministry of Ps. Mike Smith.

Pastor Mike Smith has been involved as a church pastor for 33 years. For the first 6 years of his ministry he was the Senior Associate Pastor to Pastor Brian Houston at Hills CLC (now Hillsong) and for the next 27 years, Mike served as Senior Pastor at Destiny Church Melbourne (an ACC Church). Mike is an inspirational teacher and evangelist and his vision and passion is to lead people to Christ and to help all believers become effective witnesses.
